This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all DirectStay membership plans and services.
All membership fees paid to DirectStay are generally non-refundable once the service is activated.
However, refunds may be considered under specific conditions outlined below.
A member is eligible for a refund only if DirectStay fails to deliver the agreed service conditions (e.g., lead generation or service commitment).
Refund requests must be raised within the active membership period.
If a refund is approved:
A service charge of ₹200 per booking/lead received will be deducted.
The remaining amount will be refunded.
Membership Fee Paid: ₹50,000
Bookings/Leads Received: 10
Deduction: 10 × ₹200 = ₹2,000
👉 Total Refund = ₹50,000 – ₹2,000 = ₹48,000
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the member has received leads/services as promised
If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the hotel
If the hotel fails to respond to customer inquiries
If dissatisfaction is based on booking conversion or revenue expectations
Members may request cancellation at any time.
Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will follow the conditions mentioned above.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
