1. Introduction

DirectStay is a platform that connects hotels with potential customers through direct booking inquiries (primarily via WhatsApp and other communication channels). We do not act as a travel agent or booking intermediary.


2. Membership Eligibility

  • Only registered hotels, guest houses, or accommodation providers can apply.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information including:

    • Full Name

    • Hotel Name

    • Address

    • Mobile Number / WhatsApp

    • Email

DirectStay reserves the right to approve or reject any application.


3. Membership Fees

  • Fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.


4. Services Provided

As a DirectStay member, you may receive:

  • Daily or regular booking leads

  • Customer inquiries via WhatsApp or phone

  • Listing visibility on our platform

We do not guarantee:

  • A fixed number of bookings

  • Revenue or occupancy levels


5. Booking Responsibility

  • All bookings are handled directly between the hotel and customer.

  • DirectStay is not responsible for:

    • Booking confirmations

    • Payments between hotel and customer

    • Customer disputes


6. Use of Information

By joining, you agree that:

  • Your hotel details may be displayed or shared with customers

  • We may contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email


7. Prohibited Activities

Members must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

  • Misuse customer data

Violation may result in account suspension without refund.


8. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may stop using the service anytime

  • No refunds will be issued after activation

  • DirectStay may terminate membership if terms are violated


9. Limitation of Liability

DirectStay is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits

  • Customer complaints or cancellations

  • Technical issues or service interruptions


10. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
